Level 9 & 10 Mobility Form  

2008 Mobility Scores for Elite Program

This form MUST be sent to the Elite Program Committee 

 1) Must notify Danita Barnard of all details for hosting an in-house mobility meet

 2) Must be a USAG sanctioned meet

 3) There must be 3 USAG event-rated* judges with active pro memberships PER PANEL

• Must be 3 individual scores

• Using 1-2 judges and doubling scores violates sanction and cannot be used for either mobility or eligibility

• Using unrated person to judge an event or inactive USAG pro members violates sanction & scores are invalid for mobility or eligibility

• * Event-rated means they hold a Judges' Category 3, 2, 1, or FIG rating in the event being judged

 4) The superior judge for all panels must have a Category 2 or higher rating in that event.  

      All other performance judges must have at least a Category 3 rating in that event.  

      If judging level 9 or 10 the performance judges must have a Category 2 or higher rating in that event*.

      (*May use Category 3 performance judges if authorized by Technical Chair prior to meet)

      Otherwise the scores do not count for mobility.

 5) Before a JO athlete can compete the next higher level at a meet, the mobility form must be completed by the coach, score verified and signed by a SoCal State Board Member.  The forms then must be mailed to Mobility Coordinator Deanna Hanford within 3 days of meet.

 6) Athletes wanting to enter the Elite program or move from Jr to Sr can only do so by applying to the USAGTT Elite Program Committee and receiving approval. 

 7) Send the following to Deanna Hanford:

• All completed Mobility paperwork advancing the athlete to level 9 and/or to level 10

• Date, location and sanction #  (if an in-house meet)

• Names and ratings of all judges used and the events they judged (if an in-house meet)

• Attach results (if an in-house meet)

 8) SoCal State Board Members authorized to verify scores and sign forms for mobility to level 9 and 10
